VedicVille Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase at VedicVille. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our refund policy below.


1. Returns


Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, gift cards, and items on sale.


2. Refunds


Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use or items not in their original condition).


3. Exchanges


If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@vedicville.com. We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged.


4. Shipping Costs


Returns: You are responsible for covering shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you’re exchanging an item due to defect or damage, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.


5. Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank. Then, contact us at support@vedicville.com if further assistance is needed.
